As of April 8th, all Cordless Natural Roller Shades with a cassette top treatment will ship automatically with an attached hem clip.

The clips are made of white, flexible plastic that keeps the hem bar securely in place during transit, preventing it from rolling back into the cassette. The clip must be removed before installation.

Fabric updates are now available for the Portfolio Collection Fabric Roman Shades. With this update we've added 11 Non-Sheer Fabrics and 10 Sheer Fabrics. Sheer fabrics are available to order for drapery panels only.

Maddox Earth from our Portfolio Natural Shade Collection has been discontinued for new orders due to a weaving issue that didn't meet our quality standards.

Maddox Earth should be removed and discarded from your Portfolio Collection Natural Shade sample book and can be found in the L32 position.

For orders in this pattern that have not yet been placed, we recommend changing to one of the patterns listed below. ​

Speckled Pigeon (SPK05) from our Portfolio Fabric Roman Shade Collection has been discontinued for new orders due to changes in supplier availability.

The pattern will no longer be available to order. For orders in this pattern that have not yet been placed, we recommend changing to the pattern listed below. 

Cordless Top-Down Bottom-Up shades are now available to order for the Portfolio Collection Fabric Roman Shade Collection!

​Top-Down Bottom-Up works with cordless control only. This option is available for all fabrics except Caravello.

Because of the construction and control system used for TDBU Fabric Roman shades, there are limitations on the shade sizes available.

​Minimum Size: 24" x 24" 
​Maximum Size: 48" x 72" 

Please note the below Dalton fabrics from our Dual Sheer Shade Collection have been discontinued:

Over the next few months, the wall switch for remote motors will be updated to use AAA batteries instead of button-cell batteries.

With a lower risk of ingestion, AAA batteries prove to be a safer battery alternative for families. AAA batteries also provide more reliable power, longer operation time, and easier replacement.

There will be no change to the price or programming for the wall switch. The wall switch remains available in white only.

Walden Select has already transitioned to the new wall switch. Each collection will be updated as the factories run down their stock of the current wall switch. Stay up to date on motorization changes by visiting the Pro Design Website:

We have added new Light-Filtering Liners to the Walden Select Woven Wood Collection to enhance both color and functionality. These liners are now available in your ordering system.

The Bright White liner offers a crisp, clean tone that pairs beautifully with the white patterns in the collection. Both liners are made with a thicker material that provides increased privacy while maintaining a soft, light-filtering effect.

We will automatically send a new liner update pack to your address on file. Shipping will begin this week. All existing liners remain available to order in addition to these two new options.
